TEZOS

Microgrants

01

The FA2 Fellowship offers microgrants of USD 500–1,000 to support artists exploring Tezos blockchain from a technical and conceptual standpoint.

The microgrants grants are designed to help artists move from workshop exploration to realized proposals that use the Tezos blockchain in creative and conceptual ways. We're interested in projects that engage with the Tezos blockchain's structural and behavioral properties: how it can shape interaction, time, collaboration, or other aspects of the artwork's form and meaning.

A limited number of applicants will be selected to receive microgrants. Additional support may be extended to projects that show notable growth, impact, or resonance within the ecosystem.

Microgrant applications will open in January 2026

Eligibility

Artists who attend four FA2 Fellowship sessions are eligible to apply. Attendance will be tracked across all sessions to confirm completion of the series. The microgrant application will go live in January.

Participants will be invited to submit a short proposal that includes an on-chain element (e.g. a blockchain-based interaction, token, contract, or record of activity) and is aligned with the evaluation criteria.

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be reviewed by the Trilitech Arts Team and the MoMI Curatorial team and evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Creative concept and presentation

  • Idea originality and anticipated impact

  • Connection to the Tezos blockchain architecture (how effective is the proposal at leveraging the blockchain’s capabilities for creative applications)

  • Implementation plan and capacity to scale depending on available support (how the project scales with smaller or larger support)
